Dear Valued Customer,

You may have noticed that we experienced an issue with our Product Communication System (PCS) which is used to automatically publish a variety of communication with you our customers.  Some notifications were "stuck in queue" and were sent out en masse this morning.  We realize this may cause confusion and some concern, please be reassured that there is still plenty of time to work with us regarding any of these notices, as we always build margin into our automated reply by dates.

One unfortunate delay in communication was a series of notifications offering some assistance on the previously announced flash changes on the TS-7260, TS-7250, TS-7400 products.  We have worked with many of you already on this transition, these announcements were simply additional offers of assistance.  Please contact us from that notice or this one with your particular needs and we will work with you for a smooth transition.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, you may see these notices publish twice today as we work to ensure that every customer has received their notification.
